Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Hype Direct (Pty) Ltd is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability and the inability to fulfill an order, Hype Direct (Pty) Ltd will refund the customer in full within 14 business days.

Conditions of return for refund on non-defective goods

• Goods will only be accepted for refund by Hype Direct (Pty) Ltd if the goods are returned by the customer in a new and working order with all package contents included.
• Goods that are returned by the customer within 21 days and that meet the condition above will be refunded by Hype Direct (Pty) Ltd in full within 14 business days.
• Any goods returned after 21 days will not be accepted for refund by Hype Direct (Pty) Ltd.

Conditions of return for refund or replacement of defective or potentially defective goods

• Goods deemed to be defective  and returned by the customer will only be accepted for replacement or refund by Hype Direct (Pty) Ltd if they have not been subject to Physical, Water, or Power Related Damage
• Defective goods returned within 21 days by the customer and that meet the condition above will be fast-tracked for an immediate replacement or refund within 14 business days (Monday-Friday) by Hype Direct (Pty) Ltd.
• Goods that are returned after 21 days of purchase and deemed to be defective by the customer will be subject to a thorough inspection by Hype Direct (Pty) Ltd’s partners and suppliers before a replacement or refund is issued.
